I’ve been using this for years, I have noticed several times that when I i quit taking it or run out, I can feel movement in my thyroid gland, like tiny marbles moving around on the right side, when I start taking them again, I feel what feels like a very slight and soft massage feeling on the right side. I try to make sure I never run out.
